Marcus is a NJ State Licensed Acupuncturist and is National Board Certified under the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He has been supervised by world-renowned Kiiko Matsumoto, considered to be “a living Master of Acupuncture,” in her style of Japanese Acupuncture and continues to apprentice under her.
When treating patients, Marcus focuses on finding the root cause of a patient's chief complaint using several modalities, including: a patient's intake and observations, palpatory feedback, and specialized needling techniques taught within the Kiiko Style of Acupuncture paradigm.
